Scheduling Policy
All appointments will be made on the website and are booked through Jane.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all appointment changes and cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full service fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Sessions are booked in 1.5 hour and 1 hour time blocks. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to respect other clients’ time.
